Bluegum Cottage is located in bushland and only about 100 metres from the pool, tennis court and office. It has one bedroom with queen bed, large bathroom and laundry with automatic washing machine.

The kitchen is fully equipped with every facility to make meal preparation easier and includes large fridge/freezer, upright stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher as well as all plates, cutlery, saucepans, bowls, toaster, sandwich maker, etc.

The living room has a sofa bed, dinning setting, wood fire heater and TV unit including Digital TV and DVD/CD/MP3 player.
The cottage has reverse cycle air-conditioning and dedicated data compatible phone line (i.e. no switchboard).

A car parking area is adjacent to the cottage and is connected by a ramp leading to the deck. The large timber deck has a built-in gas BBQ, sun lounge, BBQ furniture and large heated spa pool which takes up to 5 people.
Fluffy bathrobes are supplied as well as all towels, linen, blankets and pillows.
